Symbol-adapted education or communication materials to be given away
Our school or hospital has purchased a copy of a PCS book or software that uses PCS and I would like to know what the rules are for distributing materials with PCS on them. I will be distributing through print, a website, intranet or extranet.
If a copy of a PCS book or software is purchased for a school, teachers or therapists in the school may use the PCS in materials for the students in the school. Copying the materials for an entire school system is illegal. It is not permissible to share on a website, intranet or extranet in any file format other than Boardmaker (i.e., with the extension .bm2). If you have Boardmaker files you wish to share for public access, please consider posting these materials to BoardmakerShare.
