Return Policy
All of our products are backed with a 30 day money-back guarantee as long as they have not been opened and used. If you are not entirely satisfied with any of the materials you receive from us, you may return them in an unused condition within 30 days for a prompt refund of the purchase price.
Product Returns
In order to make your return a success, please call 01384 446789 or email mayer-johnson.uk@dynavoxtech.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to track your return. The RMA number allows us to match the returned item with the individual returning it. We will refund you the purchase price, less any shipping charges once the item has been received. To help us expedite this request, please provide us with your customer number, order number, or invoice number.
